Gardevoir could have been a fast Healing Wish user instead, but even after full investment in speed as well as a helpful nature in speed, it will not outspeed much when it doesnt have access to Scarf yet. Gardevoir's EV spread + Wish move is interesting, but you're not even running Protect on one of your moveslots in conjunction with Wish, so it's mostly redundant to run a bulky Gardevoir that way.
